Yes. Yes, he is.

Those things could happen to anybody, NT or Aspie, but Socially Awkward Penguin does them so often that he's defined by them. If he's got even one instance of repetitive/restricted behaviors and interests (you know, stimming, special interests, lack of pretend play), then he's an Aspie. And if not, he could still be dropped rather neatly into PDD-NOS.

Can I be the maid of honor? I want to take a picture with him. :P

Yes, I'd say he is. The amount of times I've realised i have done/would do/ will do what He does... that says a lot.

Ooh! I'm totally doing the decorations. I love making patterns with colors and shiny things and flowers and stuff! :)

On a memes site, I looked through 300+ examples of Socially Awkward Penguin memes and most of the situations were familiar to me. Wow.

I agree that Socially Awkward Penguin has likely Aspie characteristics, and the popularity of this and certain other memes show to what level the hive mentality is obsessed with people like us. I'm interested in memes, I find them fascinating, but they do reflect a hive mentality (many of the popular memes were born on hive mentality hotbeds like 4chan).

I hate it when memes in general are directed at people, to bully them.
