Yes, I have been. When I see someone making stupid mistakes, I have a hard time just letting it slide, and it angers them sometimes.
I got railroaded out of my first job (age 16-23) because I told my supervisor she was wrong and pointed out why since I had 6 more years experience doing it. I wasn't malicious: I just don't like letting mistakes happen. Guess some people can't handle the truth. Good riddance though because I was doing a heck of a lot of work for $8 an hour! I'm not arrogant (in fact I have the opposite problem) but I know I'm 100% right I will NEVER back down!

I don't see much changing in the workplace these days until more HR managers are aware of Aspergers/Autism and know how to deal with it.
Luckily my HR manager pretty much knows I have Aspergers (told me flat out she thought I had very mild autism and never heard of AS) and has been so supportive. She has practically become a life coach for me to which I am forever grateful. Too bad that's usually not the case. Those on the spectrum have some amazing talents if they are given the opportunity to show them but sadly rarely are.
