Hello there everyone!

I am brawnybalboa and I am 21 years old and a University student. I was 'diagnosed' with Aspergers syndrome recently which has led to me finding this website and forum. Being diagnosed was a it of a personal eureka moment for me. It was the explanation that made the various parts of my life fall into place. Be it hobbies, skills, interests and things I excel at and don't excel at.

My assessor who diagnosed me commented that my Aspergers had probably been overlooked as it had benefited me academically.

I have an interest in music and passed my grade 8 trombone at 15 and can also play trumpet and sing to a relatively good standard. I play rugby and run to keep fit. My favourite TV shows are Star Trek, The Big Bang Theory and Dr Who. Favourite game is Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. Favourite music style would be West Coast hip-hop but I have a soft spot for cheesy chart toppers and one hit wonders from the 80's through 00's.

That about sums me up!

Welcome, brawnybalboa! You're among friends here. You sound cool. Your 'likes' are admirable. That West Coast rap business threw me for a loop, though! I play Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas m'self. I also have Skyrim but I guess I'm so immersed in the Fallout world that I have time for little else.

Is there any chance you could use something like navy blue text rather than blue? It hurts my eyes on my Mac.
