Adblock is an add-on for the Firefox browser that blocks adverts from being downloaded and shown on your screen.
I took a look at the link you gave and I'm horrified! It looks like the sort of scam I've been fighting all week!

That sounds ominously like the spammers who create false membership accounts on this and other websites to create links to various sites they are trying to promote. They are parasites. Around ten or more such parasites sign up to WP every day and I delete their accounts as I now have admin access to the site. I'm currently wading through the backlog of spammers who have joined WP over the last few years. The scum of the earth they are! Parasitic scum!
