Ok, so if you've ever been to an anime convention, you'll have at least heard of an AMV. Basically they're mash-up videos that combine audio from a Western song (or in some cases, such as the AMV Hell parodies, a comedy skit) with scenes from an anime.
According to the wiki (see above), the first AMV ever created was from a song released in 1998, but since then it's basically sparked into a phenomenon within the Western anime sub-culture. Conventions now commonly have an editing contest, such as the Academy Award for Video Editing Excellence awarded for the contest at Nan Desu Kan (I swear to you I will win the "Asuka" one day... eh, nevermind.)
Anyways, there's some seriously good AMV's out there and some wickedly talented editors. Take Nostromo, for example. Guy's my personal Jesus when it comes to AMV editing. But anyways, if you're an AMV editor, post your creations here! Or if not, you can post any AMV's that strike your fancy.
This one is pretty awesome, it's got a very funky beat to it, and I've always been partial to the animation style in Sayonara, Zetsubou-sensei. The visuals go great with this psychedelic masterpiece.

Alright, I'll open the thread now. Post your favorite AMV's!
