How Does One Get Tested for Aspergers?

Is there a neurological exam for being diagnosed with a form of autism by a doctor?
Someone I know is repeatedly told that they are socially awkward, walk strangely, have strange interests, delayed learning in some areas. But they appear to be completely normal otherwise. How can this person be tested for ASD?

You can get tested by a clinical psychologist who specializes in this field. One can be found at the link below.
