Help with my private Information disclosed by another poster

I have a problem, someone I was involved with has numerous posts and blogs detailing private information about me. I have asked them to remove it, and they have not. This includes medical information as well as very other sensitive topics. What can I do? Others who know me have found and seen these and pointed this information out to me, so it's not like it's lost or unidentifiable to others. How do I get these posts removed - any help with be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If the post specifically linked the detailed information to you, then the mods are bound to do something about it.

But if there is no specific link between the information and your identity, then you may just be over-reacting.
