Any way to feed posts to blogs online?

I was wondering whether this is possible... my posts often feel like blog posts, except I could never maintain an actual blog due to having no one reading it. I had set up a lifejournal some time ago, though, and thought it might be useful if I could pool in the posts. (Alternatively, if this can't be done with any site-specific options would any code be able to do that?)

Feel free to move to the computers section if this isn't too WP-centric.
