These days, it seems most real news sources tend to be overly fear-mongering, so I choose to watch The Daily Show and the Colbert Report; both are very huge inspirations in my life in so many ways.

I love how their presentation and how they rip everyone in the political spectrum; it's an equal opportunity offender. :D

I avoid all sources of news, or TV-based media in general. I'm quite content living in ignorance if it saves me from watching that garbage.

Never miss them. Thank goodness it's on five times a day, because if I forget to record an episode the planet stops its rotation...

My wife and I never miss either. Stewart and Colbert can make me laugh out loud night after night.

I like both shows, but I prefer The Daily Show 2 to 1.

I do watch the Daily Show; it's quite refreshing after an especially rough day. The reason I don't watch the other is because I don't really need to hear the same news twice.

I watch the actual news quite religiously (I've been a news/politics junkie since childhood), but the Daily Show and Colbert Report are just a class all by themselves. Not only are they flippin' hilarious, but these guys are very intelligent and thought-provoking during the interviews. And they spread bear-awareness.

Couldn't have said it better. I'm a news addict, too.

I first watched it 12 years ago...... I've watched it every now and then since. I <3 them. No homo, though!

I like them both, but I've always felt Colbert is by a huge margin the funnier of the two. I don't know what manner of sorcery Mr. Stewert invokes to keep winning awards over him, but it must be dark and terrible indeed.

BTW, I love watching the archives of TDS dating to 1999; it's amazing to see how far Jon Stewart has come.

The election is over, but boy, I sure was glued to TDS during that time!
