I've just been told about this forum. I am 66 and have always had difficulties in social relationships, reading body language etc. and some rather obsessional interests. I have always felt 'different' and for a long time have suspected that I might have Asperger's syndrome. This feeling has been made even stronger since reading Aspiegirls, and at least one person definitely feels I have AS.

In recent years my social skills have improved. with effort I am involved in my church, and increasingly involved in the rat-loving community, where I am starting judge training and am Show Secretary for a monthly show.
