Title says it all.

Liberty Prime (huge robot from Fallout 3)
R.Y.N.O. (short for Rip You a New One, big gun from Ratchet and Clank)
This Machine (fairly good gun from Fallout: New Vegas)
SSV Normandy (ship from Mass Effect)

Save The Queen - Sword from Final Fantasy Tactics
System Id - From Xenogears.
Guns Akimbo - From the fps Blood.
Doomtrain - Final Fantasy 8 summon, a literal train with a scary face.
Celerity - Love the name and its an awesome spell in D&D 3.5.
Meteor Swarm - Another D&D spell.
Turn Undead - This is more weird than cool but the weirdness is what adds to this awesome cleric spell's coolness. Can someone explain to me exactly what the hell "turn undead" is suppose to even mean? It just sounds absurd, do you make the undead turn undead and thus divide by 0 and kill it or what?
Sword of King's - Poo's ultimate weapon from Earthbound.

It makes undead enemies up to a certain level flee for a minute.

I know, it just is a really weird name. The name would suggest you either "turn" the undead to the side of good or that you would turn undead yourself or turn something undead. I guess it could mean turn as in "turn tail and run".

Anyway, to contribute more:

Crissaegrim - The most overpowered weapon ever in Castlevania. I love to say the name outloud.

The Apple of Enlightenment from Earthbound - a prophetic fruit able to determine the fate of Ness and his friends
Shadow from Kingdom Hearts - a heartless creature that mimics your shadow
