*and become wealthier in the end.

Exactly the same as the title.

Well, to recap from the other thread... and mind you, the only of these that was mine is the second one.

Lawyers
Hollwood Producers
President of the United States
Playing for any one of New York City's fine sports teams
Doctor
Psychologist/psychiatrist

I think that's all of them, and I will add "Person of Interest," meaning those useless people that get hold of a slice of fame and ride it for all that it's worth. Kato Kaelin, for example.

Government consultants and contractors? Anything relating to big-style government, really.

Yeah, we can probably just wrap that whole category into one to keep this thread from being too political.

Baseball players can fail seven out of ten times and still be considered great.

Also, suicide helpline operator. Sure, the person may jump, but you still get paid.

Depends on the market, laddy. Some do tons o' work, and don't get a cheque to show for it.
Point of fact, yew can't fail as an RE agent, and make money, unless you write some motivational book, and go on tour...

How about an almost-failed student of an ivy league university who goes on to become CEO of failed Texas oil company, and owner of a failed professional sports team? You can then go on to failing at being the President of the United States.
