I would be happy watching a kids show yet I can enjoy and understand a movie or TV made for adults. I like a good love story as much as a horror movie or kids cartoon. What do you like?

It depends. I mostly watch educational channels but I do like some fiction too. Right now, I am impatiently waiting for the BBC to come out with new episodes of Sherlock as well as for new episodes of Big Bang Theory. I also enjoy Mythbusters and a number of other interesting but entertaining shows about subjects involving art, science and history. I also went through an anime period during my early thirties, but no longer find it interesting (probably due to my age).

I like educational shows on TV even though a lot of them are BS one sided science and propaganda. I just find them entertaining. I watch the science channel a lot, antiques roadshow and pawn stars because I like the useless facts  I like RT for world events. For movies I watch sci fi and action mostly. I like comedies too but have to be in the right mood. Can't stand dramas and romances. I have my own problems, I don't even want to hear the problems Some movie character is having. Romance always follows the same formula and I classify it under fantasy.

I enjoy kid's cartoons and quite a few movies with a PG - PG-13 rating, but I also have some favorites that sport an R rating. I also enjoy anime, but not nearly as much as I did when I was younger.

I prefer kids' cartoons, but I will tolerate all of the above.

Kid's cartoons are one of my guilty pleasures, I'm 22 years old and have yet to stop watching cartoons. Though most of the new cartoons that come on TV seem crappy compared to the ones from when I was a kid.

I also watch a lot of comedies. I like everything from raunchy to dark humor. Movies with a really twisted sense of humor seem to appeal to me the most. I also enjoy a good horror movie or thriller every now and then, but my taste in horror is a little different than most people's tastes. I perfer horror movies that focus more on atmosphere and theme more than blood and gore.

I try getting a varied diet of television shows, but I tend to gravitate to sci-fi/action shows for pure entertainment. Otherwise, there's a lot of non-fiction I like to watch, documentaries on nature and history, talkshows.
