I want to start a new ASD subculture? Is it possible? How do I get people to follow? I plan for my brand of subculture to be more emphasis on integration into mainstream society than what may already be called "disability rights" and have a more individualistic bent. This is just my opinion on Aspergers. Sorry if my opinions seem prejudiced. Can I even one day start my own organization or network?

That's not really a sub-culture, it would be a movement.

You "get people to follow" by having a great idea that people want to follow naturally.

One idea I had was starting my own country, or a town. Even have ideas for what the building looks like. So in my mind - yes you can start your own organization/network type thing.
I would highly recommend avoiding subcultures though. They are the mother of stereotypes, often negative ones, and force people to adjust to adhere to certain rules if they want to "fit."

You know what? There should be a country only for us. Name it "Aspergia" and ban any loud machines and parties. :D
