Help re-inventing myself
No matter what I do, no matter how hard I try it keeps coming back too me, I try to reinvent myself but it always falters maybe its just because I don't know who I really am at my core. It seems to me my greatest joys come from my passions which are becoming tiresome. I want to move on to other interests, but I just can't make any progress My family has recklessly disbanded, with my mom & dad incarcerated, I have been separated from my siblings and am living with my cousin. And its been like this for almost 2 years now. I just need a way to structure myself so I can move past myself.
What I think you need is a purpose. In other words, something to devote your energy to that goes beyond yourself. Whether it be volunteering, becoming more involved in your church, or getting a job that helps people, find something that will leave your mark on the world in a small way.

Everything would be better if you were in charge.
The idea of reinventing oneself, on the surface, sounds good, but I'm not sure it's a realistic concept. You will always be yourself. You may change as you grow and mature, but your personality is likely to remain much the same.
The idea of reinventing yourself implies you can simply take yourself apart and make yourself into someone entirely new. Without some fairly large spikes going through your head or some serious electroshock thearapy, your personality is likely to remain the same regardless of the changes you make in your life. For better or worse you are pretty much stuck with being you.
My feeling is that trying to make grand changes in your life is not practical. But by making a persistent change in some small things, you may find you can radically alter your life. If you we're to move to a new city with the idea that you could have a new start, you might be energized for a few months, but as you became accustomed to the new surroundings, you would likely slip back into the habits that have caused you problems in the past. My guess is that the thing you need to structure yourself might be developing habits of doing the small things that take you to where you want to be. If you want to be a writer, write every day without fail. If you want to study a scientific field, study it every day. Develop the habits of doing the things you need to do everyday.
The little habits become the structure that gets you where you want to go.
