Publishing one's age, but not the exact birthday

Sorry if this is a FAQ, but I'd like my age (or year of birth) to be displayed in a prominent way (so people understand the background of my postings), but I don't want my exact date of birth to be shown for privacy reasons.

Is this possible? If not, could you enable it, or are there any technical obstacles?

You could always just put in a random date from that same year.
