What is your first language ?

Me it's French (Canadian), I speak English but I still need to learn it, and I have some notion of Spanish.

My first language is American English (trust me, I regret this every day).

I've dabbled in many languages, including Spanish, French, German, Greek, and Japanese. Japanese and Greek are my favorites, because they're so different from the bastardized Western languages. Not to say they aren't bastardized, they just aren't Western.

The accent from Belgium and France are very different from Canada, you would probably like more this one.

You forget a "de". And if I'm not mistaken, shouldn't "French" be in the plural? Then again, I gave up trying to learn that language some time ago; our school doesn't exactly pride itself on its French teacher.

I'm agree with you, it's more complicated than english.

Even French teachers with many years of experience still need their grammars and their dictionnaries to correct the homeworks ...

German, then English, although now I would say my English is better than my German as I haven't had the need to speek German for a long while.

English (Australian) which is very close to the UK equivalent. US English is pretty easy too but this is all the Englishes :P.

I have been recently interested in Italian so I'm going to have a go at that.
