Not much to go on here. Native program or web page? What platform? What have you researched so far?

Google is your friend.

Random Google post on full-screen programs:

I want you to take a moment and remind yourself that we can't possibly know anything about your situation that you haven't told us.

So we have no idea who the guy is, or what the program was, or why he was making it, or what the batch file was supposed to do, or what you wanted it to do, or what "it" even is. Is this a webpage, a native application, what? Is this for-profit, or for personal use?

Explain what's going on with a lot more words. Don't assume that we know what you know; spell it all out very clearly.

OP, I expect your answer lies in setting up a sufficient number of RSS sources for TICKR to use and controlling the rest of it with TICKR's parameters.
See here: http://www.newsrssticker.com/help.php#getting_started
and here: http://www.newsrssticker.com/help.php#full_params_list

Yes, I know - you showed that in your first post.

I don't have an immediate answer for you because you've given no idea of what you've tried so far but as a general idea, it seems that the first thing you will need is several RSS feeds set up and working with the application.
Do you have that part running Ok?

Well let's forget about the full-screen thing for the moment - there's no point investigating that if you don't have any RSS feeds running yet...
So - do you have any feeds working yet?

The image you've posted is from the TICKR website, and the free program offered there is an RSS reader which is capable of displaying RSS feeds full-screen - as that image shows.
Here's the main page: http://www.newsrssticker.com/index.php

So first grab the program and then read the documentation, which will explain how to make it get and display data from the RSS feeds you tell it about - but you will need to tell it which RSS feeds to use: without those it will do nothing.
Once you've got a few RSS feeds displaying data, then getting it to display full-screen can be investigated.

the program might be capable for this but it's way too complicated for me to create a bat file that will really do it right

if you want to help people help, don't complicate things without necessity

Some aspects of computers are complicated, if you're not used to working with them, and it's not going to be possible to grab a program that has exactly what RSS feeds you want, displayed how you want.

You've heard the expression "Some assembly required"? It's the same with TICKR: you're going to need to tinker with it to get what you want.
Read the instructions carefully and try experimenting with it - nothing will break off or blow up.

You tried, Cornflake. Today's lesson: some people don't want to be helped.
