I'm trying to recruit participants for my dissertation research on the career interests and workplace experiences of adults with AS, and thought the WrongPlanet forums would be a great place to do so.

This research is important and will contribute to the general understanding of the workplace experiences, interests, and abilities of those with AS.

Thanks!

Before recruiting anyone, you should probably talk to the boss, Alex Plank (if you missed the banner :D).

Here is his official e-mail:

I've never been able to find this written, in the WrongPlanet Rules, Terms of Service or FAQ. Could you link me to where this is stated? Cheers.

it isn't stated in there anywhere, but for the safety of members it is the action that moderators take.

If I've emailed him multiple times and received no response, can I take his permission as implied?

no, sorry. it does not imply permission. he is extremely busy with advocacy and film making and other things as well as this site - WrongPlanet is only one of his projects. you may want to seek out other avenues instead of posting your study here if this is a time-sensitive request.

also, i am locking this thread as the question has been asked and answered.
