I am not sure how to put information below my posts, in a signature page, like diagnoses, etc, like other members have. Is there a trick to doing this? I added this to a signature under settings, but it's not showing up under my posts.

Go to My account.
Click on edit profile
Scroll down and click yes for Always attach my signature. (Note: this will only show up in your newer posts you make after you have selected that option)

You can also click on the reply button and select the option under your post you are making "Attach Signature." But doing the other option is easier because then you wouldn't have to click the box every time before you hit 'submit.'
