Someone in the past who was very kind used to call me " a squid." It was meant as an endearing term and a good memory. I think I will be a squid for a while. It's funny how seemingly "little things" can stay with you so vividly - good memories and little smiles are good things to hold onto through bad patches,

Just thought I'd share my squid story - add your own, if you like.

What a nice story, and I love your squid! I can relate, but endearments have run along the lines of "trouble" or "brat". A former coworker used to call me Xena, and gave me a warrior's call all the time. :lol:

Cool story, LM.

One day, a co-worker gave me a glass butterfly and a verse from Ecclesiastes (the one that speaks how there is a time for everything). I thought it was a very nice gesture and have cherished it.
