Wow so much of this applys to me and I had no idea that any of the things about words or imagination were conected. It didn't mention that we often act younger than we are ie playing with toys and imaginary thinking well into teens, bit maybe that's not as common as it was originally thought?

There was barely anything on the lists that didn't fit me. I hope the professionals bother to read things like this.

Sections B and C only half apply to me, the rest applies nearly 100%.

Wow, almost everything applies to me. As more I read about AS as more I am surprised how much applies and what it explains. There are also things I never thought about and now while reading I think: "Oh, this could be related with AS? Very interesting."

Sections A through E sound a LOT like me. Almost exactly like me in fact.

I answered yes to almost every question... Which was kind of comforting in a way, since some things I always thought were weird and unusual and wasn't sure if they would fit well with Aspergers or not. I'm just glad I'm not to only one who can relate to this.

How does this apply to only females. It seems to apply to males too. I fit the A section perfectly.

I think the only one that didn't apply to me was stomach issues. Otherwise... it was completely accurate.

Oh my... most of that applies to me.

Most of those things applied to me except for the stomach issues and the low muscle tone. There were a few others that did not fit me but I fit the majority quite convincingly.

Parts that did not fit me:

7. Had imaginary friends in youth. [Nope, never. I envied those who did, though.]

8. Imitates people on television or in movies. [I only did this a couple of times.]

14. Dislikes being in a crowded mall, crowded gym, or crowded theater. [I don't mind this at all, although I did act out a lot as a kid when out in public.]

2. Confused when there is more than one meaning to a word. [I enjoy looking up meanings to words.]

10. A trip to the grocery store can be overwhelming. [Only because there are too many choices of things! I have a hard time making decisions between similar things. But no sensory issues relating to the grocery store, except walking through the cold freezer aisles when I was a kid.]


Everything else has been accurate, some moreso at certain points in my life than others.

Most of it didn't fit me very well. I guess I have more traits of the male version of AS.

Most of these describe me quite well. This is a very good list.
