I was surprised I had an immediate answer, I can be pretty indecisive about favorites.

Most favorite: Newcastle Brown Ale. Dunno why, it is simple and good and has the kind of flavor I like. My favorite widely-available beer.
Most despised: Jägermeister. I think I'd react less to licking an oil slick. Black licorice in general is not a good taste for me; I like the original seeds though.

I also don't drink anymore, but I wasn't fussy when I did. I particularly liked gin and tonics.

One thing I didn't like - red wine. I just don't get it

Oh yeah right, Gin&Tonic is amazing (but only in summer!)! Red wine indeed quite sucks, mainly because it is always warm, and I absolutely hate drinking lukewarm beverages.... Tequila is kinda odd, though I don't exactly hate it, it is drinkable, but not really good.

The only Sake I've tried was at this sushi place, so I guess I haven't had enough samples of it? I remember the Sake I tried was cold and tasteless (except being very strong and bitter).

Not to be critical or anything, really seriously asking since I know it is a very liberal country - is it legal for a 16-year-old to drink alcohol in the Netherlands?

I actually drink red wine chilled. I know it's not meant to be, but I once had a red wine whose bottle actually said "serve chilled" and it was very good that way. Since then, I usually have any red wine chilled. Red wine (or any wine) goes well with brie cheese and salami (at least for me).

In most european countries light stuff as wine, beer, apple-"wine" and so on is legal for 16 year olds.

Most: Northwestern beers, particularly Manny's. Failing that, JD and coke, or pear cider.

Least: Malibu. There was an Unfortunate Incident once which necessitated the expensive cleaning of a relative's carpet.
