Any software that serves as a notifier for a radio schedule?

I regularly listen to the UK's radio 4, but so far the only efficient way I found for knowing what's on when is http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/player/bbc_radio_fourfm - which normally provides an auto-updating schedule, except when it freezes etc. - it is, at least, much more efficient than looking at the schedule manually (plus scrolling down) at http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/programmes/schedules/fm

But... I was wondering if there was anything that could possibly provide automatic notifications of specific programmes, in addition to not freezing up often like the former link does... whether on a computer or Android phone? (Also, ideally this could do more than one schedule at a time: there's some interesting stuff on radio 3 too. )
