I haven't been able to watch it as much as I'd like to and I'm not sure of some of the characters. Is the Grimm guy's boss a good guy, a bad guy, or somewhere in between? I know his half-brother is a bad guy and I thought he was too but after the episode I saw last Saturday where he was trying to fall out of love with Juliet from a potion, I think he wants to be good.

He appears to be a good guy and on the same side as Nick, but I wouldn't be surprised if the man has his own agenda.
Anyway he's the bastard son of the royal family.
