If I absolutely must pick one song, this is it - Joy Division at their best. I love this live version, complete with John Cooper Clarke and a chunk of a slightly 'edited' Evidently Chickentown as a bonus. 8)

Probably this song "I Touch Myself" by The Divinyls. All these years I thought it was just a vulgar song and I made fun of it a lot, until I found out that the lead singer had breast cancer and that the song was really about giving herself a breast exam. Since then it's become my favorite song. :)
