Don't really have a story for this post, just wondering if any women out there who enjoy getting flowers as a gift from their man? I mean someone has to hold romance true to the heart still.

Romance is best expressed by finding out what SHE likes, and giving her that. Some women like flowers; some are allergic, or think they're a waste, or that it's sad the flowers had to die. And almost nobody likes a cheap bunch of carnations and baby's breath from the grocery store.

I'd totally love it. I doubt many girls'd dislike it.

In my experience, women love to receive flowers, but only from the right man.

I have hayfever and I think flowers are boring and pointless. They look nice for a day and then they die. I'd rather have something that wasn't so generic and was aimed at me, like a book or a dvd boxset of a programme I like, or a poster. Those things last a lot longer as well.

Probably our humanoid grandmothers used to eat flowers when the males went to hunt.

I like flowers, and men also like to get flowers.I take a bouquet from my flower garden when I visit someone. The males enjoyed the gift as much as the girls.
I think a mixed bouquet is more attractive than a dozen bland roses. It says more about the giver,it's more personal and not as generic.
I like flowers that smell, but I guess some people with sensory issues or allergies may not enjoy them.I enjoy the smell of gardenias, honeysuckle ,iris, lilly, and roses.

I guess everyone has a different way of being romantic, or wanting to be romanced. In all honesty I belive that love should be expressed through action and no through materiel things.

http://www.botanicalpaperworks.com/cata ... d-confetti

Plantable seed confetti would be far more interesting and less damaging to the environment.(I'm talking about the industry, not the soon to be dead/smelly flowers) Maybe flowers PICKED BY HAND would be sweet.

Ohhh I thought you meant BUYING a bouquet of flowers, not actually picking them yourself.

That's a very sweet thing to do.
