Banned from Chat for no reason?

I was banned from chat for being behind a proxy and I wasn't behind one? Is this temporary or permanent? Cause I meant no harm and I am not sure why the system thought I was behind a proxy when I wasn't. I am using Arch Linux if that makes a difference.

This is what the system said,

According to the Spamhaus database you were behind a open proxy. Since you appear to be human, I will remove it. Sorry about the inconvenience, but we have been dealing with trolls and spammers and we normally are banning people who are blacklisted on Spamhaus on site.

Thats fine, I am very human. Thanks for fixing. Not sure why I would be blacklisted on Spamhaus but I am glad it is fixed.
