39 year old mom can't buy tobacco because she is under 18?

Who gets an i.d. automatically sent to them? We have to get ours from the state department of public safety. Either a driver's licence or a non-driver i.d.. So I know what you mean about the bureaucracy.

I managed to get into a nightclub to see a band when I was 16 because I won passes off the radio.

A while ago I tried to get an id but I couldn't because I didn't have enough proof of identity to satisfy their requirements to get one. I eventually got one after I got Medicaid. With the Medicaid card I had enough proof. Otherwise I could never have an id again.
