I do not have anything insomnia related, I'm actually quite good at sleeping and love dreaming. But latey I have been what I can only describe as being too lazy to go to sleep on time. I think it might have to do with feeling overwhelmed. I don't want I go to sleep because I feel like I have so much to do, but in reality I am just sitting around doing nothing... Does anyone else ever feel this way?

-Looks at the clock- (2:09am) -Looks at bed- ...... -continues to type at computer-

I have this issue alot though i am normally reading or gaming. If i have nothing to do in the morning why would I go to bed and get up? and why not sleep in?
Even though i could do chores or work out or cut the grass in the morning. I can't seem to get myself to get in bed. but also i cant get out. I notice this gets worse the more stressed i am, like recently i am always over whelmed. so i feel you.

I think you have it backwards...wouldn't going to bed actually be the lazier option? :D

I know exactly how you feel though, I get that way all the time. I don't really know why, but sometimes I just really don't want to go to bed. Sometimes it's because I don't want to have to deal with tomorrow, other times it's because I'm caught up in one of my interests and just can't quit. In any event though, I'm a night owl living in a morning person's world, what a shame!

Me too. You can legitimately be too lazy to go to bed, or at least too lazy to get off the internets.

I get this as well, usually cause I don't want to get off the computer. In fact I'm doing it right now.

I think I know what you mean. For me it's not exactly laziness, but I do feel like I want to stay on the Internet, even if I have nothing particularly important to do. Basically, I'll go to bed as late as I think I can get away with (based on when I need to get up).
