My friend's girlfriend has a friend, I think she cute and I like her personality. I just don't know how to approach her, like I joke around with her a lot and drop super subtle hints, but its time for something more direct.

i think she may like me though, she laughs at mostly all the funny things I say even some of the lames ones, and akways seems to be interested in the the conversation whenever I speak, and she friend requested me on social media and we like/comment on each others stuff from time to time.

May be something / may be nothing. But bottom line I need some advice on where I should go with this,

Ask her out to a dinner.
If you think that is too forward, ask her to come with you to a beach or a movie.

In the end, don't beat around the bush, and don't wait for her to get a hint or make a move. Get in there and ask her out, somewhere anywhere. Bush walk, dance, swim, whatever.
