Recently I have seen the movie called Pacific Rim. I thought it was pretty intense with all that giant robot and monster fighting. I was thinking about "What if they made a Godzilla and Pacific Rim crossover?" Do you think it is possible for a Godzilla/Pacific Rim crossover?

It's possible. The new Godzilla movie is being released by Legendary Pictures, who also released Pacific Rim.

Is this a good idea or a bad idea? On facebook some people think it would be a good idea others do not.

I'd rather wait until both movies are out before seriously considering it, but I wouldn't mind if Godzilla ended up having some kind of reference to taking place in the Pacific Rim universe's past.

It might make an interesting story if Godzilla happened to be one of the Pacific Rim aliens' monsters that was sent to earth and somehow rebelled / malfunctioned / didn't follow it's biological functioning, and ends up being good and defending Earth against its fellow monsters instead of trying to destroy it.

But that's a big "might"...
