I've been in there a few times but never seen anybody I know.

I slept till 2pm today and so I'm up late tonight and catching up on laundry so I was thinking of going to the chat. But I don't know. I don't want to if it's just a channel where folks who don't come here go.

Yes there is a chat. I've never been in it but the impression I get is that it has it's own group of regulars. Most that haven't made many posts here in the forums.

Also been there a few times. There's someone there that has the name Pondering who isn't me. Not a troll, just a lucky guy who got the name before me. The more active side of the room seems to consist of people who barely post on the forums, and many don't post at all.

I once tried it but didn't recognise anyone. And also I don't know how you register for it properly.

Eh, never got around to it. Too complicated for me.

I had tried to but because of how confused it makes me, how do you even know when it is your chance to talk?
Line by line, conversations are already happening, I sometimes feel as if I were losing track of what people were talking about, so, basically, that is why I don't really do it much...

It's awkward..

The format of this chat is too confusing for me. Otherwise I generally love chat-communties.

I tried it once but I didn't like the crowd there. It felt chaotic and some people there were not nice. The crowd here on the forum are so much more comfortable for me.

its completely seperate from the forum if remember correctly, different mods look after it and a different set of rules.
have personaly never used it as am not able to use any form of chat which is based on real time, unable to process real time chat and am severely echolalic which affects how type as well and it makes real time chat inacessible.

I've only been there thrice, and that was to chat with someone I know from here. I did look to the general one, and I considered going there more often but chat rooms are just a huge time sink I can't afford to have
