I've given up on psychologists and psychiatrists. Medication doesn't work. I'm too complicated for them. It stresses me the hell out to have to go to the appointment every week. I hate that they always seem to want to dig deeper into my life but all I want is to work on my social issues.

Anyways, are there any online resources on Social skills, helping anxiety and that sort of stuff. I'm talking actual scripts not just pep talks. I've found one or two articles but not much else. I'm also open to books if they have a lot of social skills talk. Again I don't want a freaking pep talk, I want the book to be like "If you're anxious you can try doing this this and this. Next time you don't know what to say try...." Actual things I can try and put into practice. In the end I feel like I just have to fix everything myself. Ugh.

Preferably NOT relationship related. Don't care about getting a girlfriend/boyfriend. I have problems with more everyday, how to handle superiors, going into unknown places, talking to co workers stuff like that. Or am I asking for something impossible? I mean I've found plenty of books but the preview on amazon only gives the first few pages. I can't believe we don't have some sort of page or sticky for this.

I'll start with the one good-ish site I found: http://www.succeedsocially.com/index
