Great dark parody of the Downtown New York New Wave/music/club/fashion scene of the early 1980's as it was happening.

Saw it at the Waverly Theater in Greenwich Village, New York City near where it was filmed back in 1983

yep rented this for my first VCR back in my early 20's.

haven't seen it in a long time, gonna have fun checking out the videos you linked.
