Though this thread is nearly 5 and 1/2 years old, I'm bumping it simply because it's one of the gems, a diamond in the rough, that I find on this site.

It's in posts like this that I see the story of my life. Posts like this that show me that I'm at least not the only person on Earth who experiences these things and can't, for the life of me, fathom the reason.

I miss a few of these people. The OP and the respondent Moondust, in particular. Their views and experiences and observations seemed so much to match my own.

This thread and most of its replies seem to be the hidden wisdom (or at least articulation) of the Aspie experience that appear on these boards.
