That's pretty scary stuff when you consider how much of the melting could contribute to sea level rise.

The melting of floating ice will not add an inch to ocean levels. However the melting of glaciers will.

Lies!

25,000 years ago was warmer!

Sea level seven meters higher. African wildlife in England.

It is bad, expect nothing from the adults, governments, they were always faking it.

Then let me put it in more "intelligent" terms...

Now that you've alerted us to this disaster, what do you want us to do about it?

I don't see the big deal. We know how tenuous these global warming arguments are.

I am much more concerned with the death of our honeybees.

Other planets in the solar system are also experiencing warming. Apparently, the sun is going into a particularly active cycle.

I don't know... Lets try:

- Take climate change seriously
- Reduce GHG emissions
- Build up carbon sinks

I take climate change seriously - has it ended yet? No?

No aerosols in my house - has it ended yet? No?

Building carbon sinks requires more resources than I have at my disposal - that's why it hasn't ended yet, right? Right?

All this fear-mongering accomplishes nothing at the common level. Only when governments get involved will we see any real change.

And we've lost control of our government, thanks to the Progressives and the Tea Party, so there is nothing else that the common person can do. Why not provide some helpful advice on how to survive the next hundred years of global warming?

Move away from the coast and "hundred year" flood plains. Stay away from the sun. Avoid tornado prone areas.

Also, start buying empty land in northernmost regions of Canada.

Not true, in the last decade the sun has been suprinsingly quiet.
