OK. Here I am back after realizinig that I am hopeless and never will fit in the NT world, no matter how hard I try.
Now depression is starting to creep in, you know. I have no friends and noone to relate to. So I decided to speak here and to start asking my questions.
To remind you, I am 25 (26 next month) from Bulgaria. I heard about AS about 2 years ago.

Here is what I need to know:

1. Hiding it from everyone and pretending to be normal - that's not the way, right? (I have told only one person, whom I trust a lot.)
2. Do I need to go to some kind of a doctor to diagnose my AS officially? (I am sure I have it.)
3. Should I speak about my AS with my parents? (This will make me feel better I guess, but will make them feel bad, you know.)

I will have more questions but this is enough for now.
I will appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Only you can make that decision.

1. Only tell people you can trust.

2. It depends if you are willing to pay money. (how important is that to you)

3. (Again, it depends how important that is to you) Do you trust your parents???

you got a long wat to go...being aware that your depressed is good, i didnt know for 3 years, was difficult noe also anti psychotics make aspies more depressed, they work for non aspies and shouldnt be taken by aspies so a diagnosis is a must
