I saw -Gravity-. Once in 2 D and once in 3 D.

If was visually stunning. The action took place in three spatial dimensions.

Agreed - visually an amazing movie. Realistic? Not so much, but I don't care. Lack of character development did hinder it a bit though, IMHO.
