Never mind...

I was being a little harsh.

I would like some help, though.

Sometimes I feel I can only ask for help when I'm in a lot of trouble, but it's good to ask even when you're just a little down, as it can help stop you from really down. Are you really stressed out about something in particular, or are you feeling just down in general? It's hard to get perspective sometimes.

Sometimes I feel like I'm Chicken Little, (overreacting and exacerbating without thinking sometimes).

I've just been feeling kind of lonely lately, (in terms of friendships, and relationships). And I might actually be getting sick now, too, (which sucks...)

I think it's ok to feel down once a while for Aspie or not. Emotion just the way it is and I always know that the down time will pass away eventually. I think for me, walking in the shopping mall and see nice things, helps my mood to get back up faster. Watching movie, also helps. I guess depends on your interest. I agree it is important to seek help, just a little bit down because negative mood do tends attract more negativity. So the early signals, helps to alert you that you need to do something to pull yourself up e.g. for female aspie, usually chatting with friends. I found sharing on this website also helps, because their are people who truly listen, understand and take the time to response and say nice things.

I think I might have depression, but I've found that chatting with some of my family members kind of helps.

I like communicating on here, though, because I'm not nearly as socially awkward as I am in real life... It's just a little bit more easier for me.
