So what is your position when it comes to graffiti?

Graffiti can be art, but if you draw it on other people's stuff, they have a natural right to remove it.

Yes, graffiti can be excellent art, when someone has permission to paint on whatever surface. Otherwise it's vandalism and disrespectful of the owner of that property.
Back in the 90's I worked at a video game studio and there was this guy who spray painted graffiti on his own backyard wall near my workplace. It was so good, we gave him a job.
