I'm sorry that these songs are about to kick your phat a$$.

Odds are: you're gonna like SOMEthin' here :) (below)

And, don't laugh at how OLD all these artists&songs are! (That would be VERY UNnnDuuuude!)

Don laff til you've actually listened to 'em! (Then you'll be throwing-up tears!)

Seriously, man, if ya haven't heard some of these, then pffffft...I'd encourage ya to ROCK-OUT (with sadness)! !! !! !

PLEASE!
PLEASE!

(I know that MY life's sure been enriched by many of these songs [below].)

Thanks!

"I'm Going to Go Back There, Someday" by Gonzo from Jim Henson's "The Muppets" (music by Paul Williams)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QpijusoWosU

"Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman (slow, acoustic version; 44 million Youtube 'hits'...and that verse about her quitting school because of her dad's drinking...true story)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Orv_F2HV4gk

"Same Old Lang Syne" by Dan Fogelberg (very few songs capture "awkward" like this song)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cmVXYOJzAJM

"This Woman's Work" by Kate Bush (from the movie "She's Having a Baby")
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_NRdA0ST4Zg

"(And) So it Goes" by Billy Joel (The one-song [so slow & sad] that Billy Joel told Howard Stern he wishes everyone knew he wrote.)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wcUCYtyaLrY

"Love Has No Pride" by Linda Ronstadt (one of the best "'bridge' sections" in pop-music history, imho...and THAT VOICE!)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RoVYbtVdLvE

"Long Long Time" by Linda Ronstadt (this live version isn't as good as studio version [not mixed as well or as polished, vocally], but still, lyrically, it's one of the saddest songs - ever.)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?list=PL3C1F5 ... 0qm8nq8RcA

"April, Come She Will" by Simon & Garfunkel - short & sweet tune...AT FIRST!! ! :(
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PYD-DIggB2k

"I Still Can't Say Goodbye" by Chet Atkins (a song for his dad) (live, acoustic performance)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OVSHdwWzLo4

http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=s-DU-64LI8w

http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4wrNFDxCRzU

"You Don't Know Me" (Kenny Loggins' astounding cover of the Ray Charles classic. It just gets better & better & better as the song progresses, imho)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1oQaHmJudRc

"Breathe in Me" by Michael W. Smith (I'm not a religious man, but, WOW, this song's powerful.)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=5sZySjtD35M

"She's out of my Life" by Michael Jackson (he always cried at the end of every take, so they just left it in.)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6DQJPL9Yuq0

"Anything for You" by Gloria Estefan
"...though, I still can't figure what went wrong, I'd still do anything for you...and if that someone ever hurts you, you just might need a friend to turn to."
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4uLl8aA95zA

"The More We Try" by Kenny Loggins (this song...along with the other, Kenny Loggins song [above] will...[laugh all ya want]...demonstrate how most people have no idea how truly talented he is. Yeah, really:)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PYoEm-_pScg

"Still" by The Commodores (a lip-synced "live"/fake performance...but "STILL"...don't WATCH IT, anyway!! ! Just LISTEN to the lyrics!)
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=C4O54QSxX3g

"Both Sides Now" by Joni Mitchell (3.6 million Youtube 'hits' can't be wrong) ("Ya leave'em laughing when ya go, and if ya care, don't let it show....")

"The Rose" by Bette Middler
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zxSTzSEiZ2c

"Someone Else's Star" by Bryan White
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FosNAPJBoIk

"Your Wildest Dreams" by The Moody Blues ("I wonder if you think about me, once upon a time, in your wildest dreams.")
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kmmPFrkuPq0

Also, I can't find any decent, Youtube links to Stevie Wonder's "Blame it on the Sun", I Pity the Fool", "You and I" or "They Won't Go When I'll Go" but those are ALL just EXCELLENT sad songs!

Seriously!! Don't be stupid!! Check-out some of those TUNES (above) (! !!) ...(if ya wanna be NOT happy). (And if summa them linx dont work, it's prolly yer fault! Talk to the hand!)

You don't expect much depth from these guys, but the lyrics will sneak up on you.

This makes me happy & giggle alittle because of the upbeat kiddie type music & referring to a woman as a loose balloon & wanting her to pop

When I was depressed or sad lots of songs could make me cry but I can easily pick this because I related to it, Miranda Cosgrove has a great voice for it & idea of her relating to this upsets me a lot

This song doesn't make me cry, but it makes my hairs stand on end, no matter how many times I listen to it.

These are by my favorite band who i met back in 2011. The first song actually brought me to tears the first time i heard it because my dad passed away the day simple plan announced they had finished recording the album and then i heard the song for the first time on fathers day the next year. I have always had a strong connection with their music like the fact i'm the same age and have the same first name as the lead singer(well the english version, his is pierre and mine is peter) but this one takes the cake.

Gone Too Soon

This next song is the one that introduced me to the band and i also feel it fits what i've gone through in life. Coincidently i own the same year make and model car as the girl is driving. I've owned it since before the song was released.

Untitled (how could this happen to me?)

And finally there's this new song which i also feel a strong emotional connection with since it describes how i feel.

Lucky One
