it takes one aspie to screw in a lightbulb.
it takes at least two aspies to screw one in, one to actually screw it in, another one to talk about lightbulbs obsessively.

One, not neccessarily with any aptitude (and definately not with experience). Old money and family ties will suffice in place in place of suitablility. Lie well? Will train! Subject to beaureu interrogation...er interrview to test ...er screen out for Aspergers, intelligence, or financial need. In search of unbalanced, sue hungry individuals, to not meet L & I expectations.
