I am uncomfortable constantly in my own skin. I sometimes feel like I will scream if I don't fidget or rearrange myself very often.

Is this due to my autism?

Anyone else feel this way?

For me it's more related to how stressed I feel.

I don't know if it's the same thing, but my clothes are always uncomfortable on my skin.
I am always tugging at things, rearranging where waistbands fall, shrugging my shoulders to try and get rid of the uncomfortable feeling of my clothes rubbing on my shoulders and back. Pressure like arm squeezing and hand biting and other kinds of stimming help distract from the feeling.

Yes. I have to fidget a lot.

I never really feel comfortable unless I am lying in bed a certain way. And it takes me awhile to arrange myself in a way that feels comfortable. My body is just so damn sensitive to every little thing. I fidget a lot too, or else I try to just get really still so I can just shut it all out.

Sometimes I just don't want ANYTHING to touch me. Not even my clothes, or my own body touching itself like having to rest my arms on my body or having my legs touching together. It's just too much. Yeah it makes me feel like I could scream my head off, or just go stark raving insane.

I become rather uncomfortable due to the mood I'm in. I don't think this is in essence a trait that is exclusive to those with autism, rather it is more stressful than neurotypical individuals. However, what someone feels is personal and can't be summarized, no matter how stereotypical.

Yes. As the day goes on the worse it gets.
