Have been on a teen forum for over six months and have been very active there and well respected.
Have also been active in reporting problems and even in direct correspondence with the chief admin.
Am kind of expecting him to ask me to become a mod.
But do not think I would be a good one because of my autism.
I think too much stuff would slip past me and would not register as needing to be locked or moved etc.

On the receiving end, it can definitely be a mixed bag, depending upon how the AS affects the mod in question. When I first started posting here we had a few very black and white thinking mods on the team, and woe to the member who misformated their signature or broke some other arcane rule buried in the ToS boilerplate.
