mine are genetic engineering and pathogens.

I'm interested in ancient history, classical mythology, philosophy and bizarre facts. All of these are not really easy to discuss with people on a regular basis though.

Communism (and politics/philosophy generally) and 9/11 (I'm a bit of an expert on it really, but it's not something I get to discuss much).

Drawing. Past interests include Hebrew, Chinese, computer programming, writing, Native American tribes and cultures.

Birds of the feathered variety, Ale, Music, Weird dark weird rare weird music, Drawing. Exotic substances that are frowned upon in this community, Socialism (I'm from Rotherham), Association Football,, Rats (amazing how intelligent such a small rodent can be, amazing pets), Dogs (I am the proud owner of a 8 year old Husky b***h called Astrid), Shamanism, Herons.

The music of The 60s British Invasion, Swinging London, Carnaby Street, The Kinks, Routemasters, Austin Powers movies, the summer and winter Olympics, classic cars, art, drawing and pastilles, Most types of music, Christmas, England, Canada, technology, the Internet, Pro-Life, surveys, flags of the world, super foods, Nintendo, the LGBTQ community, Flushed Away and Sid, vintage TV sets and the history of television, human and animal brains, Asperger's Syndrome and autism, Anne Geddes and babies.

I like the weather, doo-wopp music, 60's-80's music, history in all shapes and sizes, archaeology, anthropology, memoirs from "regular" people rather than stars/superstars, case studies of all sorts, baseball, football, basketball.

I'm not into most aspects of the popular culture of today---I have some interest in past "popular culture."

Pathogens are interesting. People carry around a lot of them, so I wash my hands a lot.

Electronics, radio restoration, computers, programming, photography. I kind of cycle between them. I get totally absorbed for a time, then move on to the next. But these core interests always seem to return.
