Incorrect time?

Looks like wrong planet's clock is 1 hours ahead. Maybe something wrong when setting the DST(Moving the time instead of timezone)?

WP changes according to when America changes the clocks. This means the times shown on posts are incorrect for everywhere else in the world until they too change their clocks. Have you moved the clocks forward yet in Hong Kong? As a work around I change my time zone to be incorrect by one one hour to show the correct time until America and the rest of the world are back in sync.

We use same time whole year.

That's why then. You need to set your time zone to be incorrect by one hour to show the correct time. Unfortunately the forum software isn't very smart when it comes to time zones and changes regarding summer time.
