Don't they have micro-loans or something like that in India?

Many people create arts and crafts, and sell them. Sometimes in markets, sometimes out in the street. Once they establish capital, they open stores.

Lots of competition. Your stuff has to be really superior to others'. You have to really assess what people really like.

If you could make a living out of it--why not? Just don't harass tourists LOL (just kidding!)

Selling crafts requires "people skills." You could be an Aspie and still have "people skills." Maybe you could talk about the "history" of what you've created--in the sense of where it came from (Indian tradition; Turkish tradition, whatever).

You have to make a living, somehow.

If you can find someone to sell your stuff for you, even better. :) Just make quality items and they will sell.

The crying lady in a sari is so poignant. She's a beautiful lady.

I hope you succeed in your endeavor.
