Disgusting behavior or that part of a Presidential administration. Lieing about the cause of an attack that kills U.S. citizens in order to make him self more electable. Yes those Americans died as a result of his policy. Yes the president is a disgust for blaming the attacks on some overly phoney youtube video.

It paint a picture of a completely fake synthetic government. Its why people are tuning out of national politic all together and finding alternatives.

Every single time there's a mass shooting in America the news media is tripping all over itself to report "THERE COULD BE FIFTY SHOOTERS INVOLVED!" It can take days to get the correct details. Now take a violent event in a North African country that just finished beating its dictator to death in the street. There isn't a significant news media presence in the immediate area. And on that same day, several other embassies were attacked in response to the YouTube video. Oh yeah, and there were CIA assets very close to the embassy (probably trying to find a friendly new dictator to install). I'd imagine they'd want as little attention as possible to the fact that they were there.

Obama lies so often that I can't trust anything that comes from his mouth.

If Obama said the sun rises in the east, I'd expect the earth's axis to radically shift on principle alone.

How is this still in the news? There has been so much time wasted on this it is not even funny. So many committees and subcommittees, House and Senate hearings, legislative commissions and investigations. And after all that, the best they can do is that the president lied about the CIA and that the big bad Democrats must be hiding something. For crying out loud, there has to be some issue where their time could be better spent. Another pointless vote to repeal Obamacare, perhaps? Or maybe blocking yet another bill that would help our veterans? I'm sure they all have some serious campaigning to do as well; can't let the Dems get the jump on them.

They were aware that our Embassy was under attack and refused to send aid, thereby condemning these people to their death. Now It has come out that the WH knew the truth the entire time. Their actions may have lead to the deaths of U.S. citizens, diplomats and distinguished servicemen, and they knowingly lied to cover it up.

As a minor note, this will almost certainly sink any hope Clinton had at the WH seeing as a lot of the blame for this rests on her.

They played it up for than just a few days. sorry. It was a few months and they knew from the beginning the attack had nothing to do with a youtube video that was already a year old at the time.

Benghazi is a serious crime that will likely go unpunished, I think consulate or embassy or whatever was a CIA black site where they ran guns and or tortured prisoners and that's why no help was sent. These are things we all know the CIA does and Obama/Hilary protected themselves rather than the besieged in Benghazi to hide their illegal actions. The Republicans won't expose it, they have plenty of blood on their hands as well and they don't want to set the precedent of being held accountable. Our government is broken and evil.

The US had no forces in the region which could be deployed as a countermeasure.

The closest responders (a US special forces team in Spain) were authorized by the White House for deployment between midnight and 2 AM, but didn't arrive in Libya until 8:56 PM on September 12th. Even if they had been deployed the very second the embassy was attacked, they would never had made it in time, as the whole thing was over before 6 AM on September 12.

Everyone who died during the Benghazi attack was dead long before the White House could respond to anything.

Remind me again when teleportation technology was created? Because that's the only way you could get military assets to the embassy in time to stop, you know, RPG shells from hitting the building.

Also, remind me again of how Benghazi stopped Romney from getting destroyed in the General Elections.

Because the administration has been so shifty and evasive about the whole thing; if you kept getting half truths and conflicting stories when investigating an incident, wouldn't that cause you to keep digging?

Not after years of intense diggin that still turns up absolutely nothing new.

And as for a White House administration acting shifty and evasive, how is that anything other than standard operating procedure no matter who is there?

So after a ridiculous number of inquiries and investigations by a group that makes no secret that they will do anything possible to destroy Obama comes up empty, you don't think it's time to just move the F*CK on?

I think two things could "almost certainly" sink any hope Clinton had at the WH.

1) Her death
2) The Democrats being allowed to run two candidates

As long as her opponent is a Republican, she has a reasonable chance.

The US Embassy requested more secruity prior to this event, that does not require teleportation technology. Maybe you forgot about the SEALs who were there? They wernt there because they were sent in for support, no they were held back. They went in anyway and still wasnt enough. The riots had been going on for days before this happened.

People have their heads so far up their butts they cant even hear the truth any more. Pathetic. Why should anybody think that? People died under "shifty" circumstances and people deserve to know the truth. We know that the State Department denied the added security when it was requested and we know that they most likely denied it for political reasons in the first place. We know that the WH denied sending any kind of help once things got out of hand. They then outright lied to US public about what happened for months on end again for political reasons. They were not "shifty," they blatantly lied to cover up their deadly failure. This is information that should have been released in full by the WH to begin with. Only a drooling Obamaton would dismiss something of this magnitude as no longer being news. Where were these moron libs saying that all pres are "shifty" when Bush was in office? What a joke.
