Found out that the last time I went to the dr for testing, there was a vague hint at being autistic.
the dr. used the words... "people like her" then would mention the characteristic of people with autism.

He was an educational dr. and probably not qualified to make autism diagnoses. But when we got the results back.. they were hand in hand with Aspergers.

I have a vestibular problem, which i have always had. they assumed I did not like spinning or swinging or jumping. But I totally do. sure i get more dizzy than normal but i do it anyway.
Swinging is my favorite of the group.

But the dr. was in tune and right on target with the sensory issues i have. and the obsessions related to aspergers. and how my routine has to be the same. etc.

and that "people like her find it hard to maintain friendships, jobs and get bored with things that do not interest them".
